Misleading claim #1: You can get “free solar panels” or go solar with “no cost”.

Reality check: If you do click on these ads, you’ll find that the no cost solar they are talking about is really $0 down financing. This is something that most installers – including us – will offer. We have multiple financing offers through multiple lenders so that you can go solar without any money up front and start building equity in your solar system now.

Misleading claim #2: You can get paid to go solar.

Reality check: No one is going to cut you a check for the full cost of a solar system, but there are incentives to go solar. The largest incentive is the 30% federal tax credit. This credit is available to any homeowner that purchases a solar panel system and reduces the cost of your system by a full 30%! If your city or utility offer other incentives that you’re eligible for, we’ll include that in your free quote.
