We are nationally recognized experts in solar PV system technology. Our O&M technicians have extensive experience with PV in commercial environments, are recognized by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) as Certified PV Installation Professionals, have OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications, and are trained and certified on a wide variety of inverter maintenance requirements. They are also trained in all aspects of photovoltaic technology, including technical design, project management, installation, system monitoring (DAS), and related technologies.

How is a commercial solar O&M agreement structured?

O&M agreements can be flexible and structured to best meet the needs of the client and the project. We offer agreements for one-time dispatch, 1-year term, or multi-year terms to ensure that a variety of options are available.

What common issues happen to commercial solar systems?

Inverter performance issues & degradation, wiring and connection issues, DAS system function issues, system degradation, broken modules, string outages, soiling, loose racking, shading issues, significant weather events (hail, high wind, etc.), pest incursion and landscape growth can all impact large commercial systems over time. An ongoing O&M agreement helps prevent issues and maintain the performance of your system.

How is the performance of my commercial solar system monitored?

Namaste Solar’s Performance Analyst will review your portfolio’s performance and monitor alerts and alarms via a web-based system monitoring platform. When dispatchable issues arise, our team will reach out to notify you of the issue and request approval to mobilize O&M technicians to respond. Once approval is received, we will dispatch O&M technicians to get the issue resolved.
