Unico Properties contracted Namaste Solar to design and build a 186 kW grid-tied rooftop solar system for the Circa Building in Denver. The Circa Building is a LEED platinum building and winner of the 2018 Mayor’s Design Sustainable Style Award. The resource-efficient building offers a healthy and productive occupant experience, enhanced with abundant natural light, fresh air, and low-emitting materials. The rooftop solar array generates 35% of the facility’s power. It is not only environmentally responsible, but it also delivers much less expensive power for the tenants of the building.
