These measures not only improve the net operating income (NOI) of their buildings, but also create positive environmental benefits. As a continued leader in the commercial real estate industry, CBC partnered with Namaste Solar to deploy these rooftop solar arrays. The three arrays resulted in significant tax benefits, incentive income, and utility savings for the properties.
