PROJECT DETAILS

Namaste Solar partnered with RES Americas to build this 3 MW single-axis tracker system in the San Luis Valley. The system consists of 9,720 solar modules and produces approximately 7 million kWh on an annual basis. AEP Onsite Partners owns the project and sells the electricity to the San Luis Valley Rural Electrical Cooperative. This agreement allowed AEP Onsite Partners to benefit from the Federal Tax Credit that the Cooperative could not take advantage of given their nonprofit status.
