Ogilvie Properties is a commercial and industrial real estate investment company that specializes in property value enhancement. They partnered with Namaste Solar previously to install solar on their CubeSmart self-storage building. The new install is a rooftop system made up of 640 panels, which will offset 32% of the energy produced by the building. It will produce 424,700 kWh in the first year (the equivalent of 181 tons of CO2 avoided).
