Mendi-CO II, LLC partnered with Namaste Solar for an 85kW commercial solar installation at their office in Westminster. The system is paired with a suite of energy upgrades, all of which will reduce OpEx, generate utility rebates and incentives, and boost NOI.

This system is made up of 204 solar panels and will prevent 138,000 lbs of CO2 from entering the atmosphere each year.
