Each solar panel turns sunshine into clean energy, and every home and commercial property that makes the switch to solar is part of creating significant change. In 2025, we installed 752 projects that came out to 14,425 kW worth of solar power. We installed 432 batteries making these homes resilient to power outages. We also designed 652 systems and serviced over 1,806 projects.
Our 2025 solar installations are the equivalent of taking 3,165 cars off the road for the year, avoiding 15,071,908 pounds of coal being burned, or 1,822 home’s electricity use in one year.
As an employee-owned cooperative, we believe in empowering our employees to take ownership of their work—literally! Our 77 co-owners, 10 candidates, and 190 total employees bring care, quality, and an ownership mentality to everything we do.
Namaste Solar continues to grow and operate in the communities along Colorado’s Front Range. As we grow, not only do we impact the local economy, but we promote more green jobs within the community. And our workforce development programs are award-winning. We always welcome more people to join our mission of investing in clean energy.
Certified B Corporations are a unique kind of business that balance purpose and profit. We consider how our decisions impact our workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. As a B Corp, we are part of a global movement of people using business as a force for good.
In 2025, Namaste Solar raised over $27,000 for Energy Outreach Colorado with the Keep the Lights on Colorado campaign and gave $40,000 in support of other local organizations. We also spent 354 hours volunteering in the community by using our Volunteer Time On (VTO) program showing our commitment to being local and embedded in our communities.
Namaste Solar provides electrical apprenticeship training to our installation teams to help them build their skill sets and advance their careers. We invest heavily in our team to ensure the highest quality installations, provide the best in customer service, and to maintain our stellar safety record. In 2025, we funded 9,216 hours of electrical training.
This year we won 13 awards that acknowledge every corner of our business including safety, philanthropy, residential install, commercial install, workforce development, and several reader’s choice awards. It’s an honor to be recognized for our work and voted #1 by our community.
