Glenwood Properties contracted with Namaste Solar to design and install a 99.9 kW solar array. Our team worked with the owner to structure a green lease that allows them to recoup utility savings, tax benefits, and Xcel RECs while their tenants also retain a portion of utility savings. Both the owner and tenants were able to benefit financially from investing in solar while also meeting green energy goals.
