Ogilvie Properties is a commercial and industrial real estate investment company that specializes in property value enhancement. As part of their value enhancement strategy, Ogilvie Properties selected Namaste Solar to install a 189 kW rooftop solar array on their CubeSmart self-storage building. Their solar array provides reduced energy costs, increased net operating income, and increased building value. The system is projected to produce 272,917 kWh per year, eliminating 425,478 lbs. of CO2 annually from the atmosphere.

Ogilvie Properties used C-PACE Developer and CRE experts, Integro LLC to develop and source C-PACE financing for the project, as well as Group14 Engineering to help identify and quantify the best opportunities for capital energy improvements.
