The Namaste Solar Difference

Third follw-up review after ~6 years. Namaste, will you hire me lol! Half-joking. I just love everything about how this company works. I love their professionalism, their expertise–and their willingness and skill in explaining things to someone like me. I love to nerd out on things like monitoring my system and learning about solar and how the industry is progressing, and everyone from Anna, my sales rep, to the installers (like Roman who came to address issues I had with my monitoring connection a couple weeks ago) are always so happy to share their knowledge with me. They're my cheat sheets, and you can absolutely tell they are passionate about what they do. Thank you yet again for being so dang good to customers like me. These are some great folks. Janine Second follow-up review after 4 years Even if I already wrote as beaming a review as I could after our installation, I feel compelled to write another because Namaste is how all companies should be. Great service. Great employees. Great product. Our system is working great. My electricity bill is near nothing. Aside from that, my cousin in California asked me some questions because she was about to sign up for a Power Purchase Agreement there that cost more than double the monthly cost of my solar panel loan payment. Even if Namaste wouldn’t be able to gain my cousin as a customer bc she’s in CA, I reached out to my rep, Anna to see if she could give some guidance. The last few years I would reach out to Anna occasionally for questions, and she always answered thoughtfully and promptly. Anna not only responded quickly to my cousin (again, even if there was no chance my cousin could use Namaste, since she’s in CA) and provided helpful info to help my cousin make the right decision. Who does that?!—people who are passionate about what they do and who know their stuff. I wish Namaste all the success they so rightfully deserve.

Nick and Aidan did a great job installing a Tesla PowerWall battery for our house. With all the Red flag warnings and power shutdowns we have been experiencing in Boulder recently, we appreciate having power security. Nick and Aidan were fully professional, answered all our questions, and addressed all our concerns. They worked with our schedule and got all the work completed in a timely manner. Overall, we have been very pleased with Namaste's professionalism and responsiveness.

We used Namaste when we got our Solar Panels and used them again for the installation for the Tesla Powerwall Battery. Nick and Aidan installed the battery and went over how to use the Tesla app. They were professional, installed the battery in a timely manner and took the time to answer all of the questions we had about the Tesla Powerwall batteries. I would highly recommend Namaste based on our positive experiences with the company since we have found them to be responsive, reliable and knowledgeable about solar.
