PROJECT DETAILS

Namaste Solar partnered with Vermont-based developer, Encore Renewable Energy, to provide engineering, procurement, and construction services for this 1.4 MW ground-mounted solar array for the Hyde Park Electric Department in Hyde Park, Vermont. The project, commissioned in September of 2016, was developed in conjunction with a project for the Stowe Electric Department, achieving cost savings for both projects. Encore Renewable Energy worked with the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) and the Stowe Electric Department to achieve project financing under the US Treasury Department’s Clean Renewable Energy Bonds (CREBs) program.
