Namasté Solar’s Service Department keeps the commitments established during the design and installation process. The Service Department responds quickly to diagnose problems – typically within 24 hours – and resolves them with integrity and professionalism. We also take a proactive role through system inspections, performance reporting, remote monitoring, and customer training.
Operation & Maintenance Program
We manage an Operation and Maintenance program for more than 100 medium - large, commercial projects. This includes monitoring solar systems remotely using leading technologies to identify outages and emerging system problems. We endeavor to proactively catch system production and uptime issues. We utilize email alerts, reporting and diagnostic tools and weather station components to troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure maximum uptime for all or our solar PV systems. We also have a robust case tracking system to manage our repairs and drive problems to resolution. We see O&M as a key and necessary component to the long term stability and growth of the solar PV industry. We take thiscommitment to quality very seriously and feel we stand out among our competition in this area.
Experienced, Certified Staff
Our Service Department is comprised of dedicated, trained, full-time professionals. It is their first priority to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve system issues. We have a combined twelve years of experience in solar sales, design, permitting, project management, installation, system monitoring, service, maintenance, and education. We are certified in solar PV installation by CoSEIA, NABCEP and SunPower.
